4 Apples diced
2 Celery stalks diced
1 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Walnuts
-- DRESSING --
1/2 cup Mayonnaise Raw (see recipie)
3/4 cup Orange juice
1/2 Lemon juiced
2 tb Honey
1/2 tsp Orange rind


 
Instructions

Place salad ingredients in large bowl.

Blend dressing ingredients in blender.

Toss dressing gently with salad.
