1 tablespoon BBQ Sauce
1 large Onion - White sliced
1 tablespoon Canola Oil
1 24 oz Brocolli and Cauliflower (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup Carrot grated
1/2 cup Cabbage - red grated
1/2 cup Squash - Yellow grated
1/2 cup Dill pickle slivers
2 cups Lettuce shredded
1 cup Sprouts
1/2 cup Avocado slices
1 package Tortillas - Corn
Mayonnaise
Spike (Seasoning)


 
Instructions
Step 1
Large White Onion, Sliced
1 TB BBQ Sauce
Small Amount Oil

Make bbq onions:
In small skillet heat oil. Slice onion. Saute in skillett with bbq sauce till wilted, stirring frequently.

Step 2
Steam:
Frozen brocolli and cauliflower

Step 3
Assemble Other Ingredients in Small Bowls
Grated carrot
Grated red cabbage
Grated yellow squash
Dill Pickle Slivers
Shredded Lettuce
Sprouts
Avocado Slices

Step 4
Heat
Large Corn Tortillas

Toppings:
Mayonaise
Spike
