1 clove Garlic crushed
Tamari soy sauce
1 tb Ginger grated (optional)


 
Instructions
Polk holes in. Drizzle tamari over. Crush garlic and rub over. Grate ginger and rub over. Brown 5-10 on each side, med heat olive oil. Eat plain or with hot sauce.
