Ingredients

1/3 cup Tahini raw and organic
3/4 cup Honey
1 1/2 cups Oatmeal
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds or any nut of choice
1/4 tsp Salt


 
Instructions
1/3 Cup Tahini
3/4 (aprox) Cup Honey
1 1/2 Cups Oats
1/2 Cup chopped Nuts or Seeds (Sunflower is great)
1/4 tsp salt

Combine all in bowl and Mix.
Can roll into balls and chill.
