Ingredients

1 cup cooked brown rice (with the flax added)
4 cups water


 
Instructions

Put rice in vita mix with 1 cup water. Blend on low 1 minute. Slowly add 2nd cup then 3rd. Can strain or not. More body if you don't.

Can add flavor if you want. Cinnamon, honey, fruits etc. Can also add flax oil for nutrition.
