6 cups Corn fresh or frozen and thawed |

Instructions 6 cups corn from cob or frozen & thawed) 1/4 cup onion 1/8 tsp sea salt 1-2 shredded carrots (optional) Place all ingredients (except carrots if your using them) in food processor and blend until well combined. Remove from processor and mix carrots in by hand if desired. Place on Teflex sheet (or saran wrap) on top of mesh dehydrator screen. Spread batter about 1/8 inch thick. Dehydrate at 105 for 10-16 hours depending on desired crispness. AFTER 7-8 HOURS: Peel chips off Teflex or saran wrap sheet and flip over and lay directly on mesh screen.
