Raw Apple Pie s

Ingredients

-- CRUST --
1 cup Almonds soaked 4-6 hours
1 pinch Salt
1/8 cup Olive oil
-- FILLING --
4 Apples not peeled

1 tsp Flax seed oil
1 pinch Sea salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg


 
Instructions
Make Crust:
Blend or process 1 cup soaked (4-6 hrs) Almonds till they turn to powder.

Add Pinch sea salt1/8 cup olive oil. Blend and press into pie plate.

Make Filling:

Blend 4 cored (not peeled) apples 3 dates 1 tsp flax seed oil Pinch sea salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Place in crust. Refrigerate.
