3 cups Cornmeal |

Instructions Ingredients • 3 cups stone-ground cornmeal • 1 cup wheat flour • 2 teaspoon salt • 2 teaspoon baking soda • 4 tablespoon lemon juice • 4 cups soymilk • Egg Replacer for 4 eggs (4 TB soy flour, 8 TB water) Directions: Heat oven to 450 degrees. Choose pan which will determine thickness of bread. This bread does not raise much. Mix cornmeal, flour, salt, and baking soda together. Mix lemon juice with soymilk. Add soured soymilk and egg replacer to cornmeal mixture, stir well. Pour batter into pan, and return to oven. Bake 10-20 minutes depending on pan size, oven, and desired level of doneness. Test with a fork if unsure. When done, turn out onto serving platter immediately and serve warm!
