Instructions Combine in one bowl: 1 Cup Oats 3 TB Xylotol 4 dashes salt 1 TB Carob Mix in Separate Containter: 1/4 cup chopped nuts of choice 2 tsp vanilla 4 TB scant water After mixing seperately, combine both bowls together.
