OR make non dairy Sour cream (see recipie) 1 Bag Baked Corn Chips (use raw chips for a raw dish) INSTRUCTIONS Make Pico De Gallo by mixing first 6 ingredients. set aside. build nachos by placing chips on platter. add drained beans. next cottage cheese and then Pico de Gallo.
