A raw version of an old-time favorite. Mixed with fresh fruit and spices it's a great way to start the day!2

Ingredients

2 cups Oat groats (Steel-cut oats) soaked 8 to 12 hours & drained
1 1/2 cup Raisins soaked 1 hour (save soak water)
2 cups Fresh fruit (bananas, apples, etc) chopped
1 tsp Cinnamon


 
Instructions
In food processor combin oats, raisins, and raisin soak water. Process till smooth. Add 1 cup chopped fruit and cinnamon. Pluse 30 seconds to blend.

Transfer mixture to individual serving bowls and fold in raminign chopped fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
