Chia Seed Green Pudding
Soak 1 TB chia seeds for one hour in one cup water
This will give you 1 cup chia jell
Blend well
1 cup chia gel
1 tbsp chia seeds (that were soaked in the above water)
4 apples, sweet, juicy and peeled
½ lemon
4-5 leaves kale
1 sprig mint (optional)
