Green Smoothie - Spinach/Mango/AppleJuice s

      Yields: 4 Servings

Makes 1 quart (1 serving) thick, sweet green smoothie!

Ingredients

1 Mango peeled and cubed
1 large Bananas can be frozen
1 Large handful Spinach
2/3 cup Apple juice raw for completely raw smoothie
1 cup Spring Water
1 tb Flax Seed - Ground optional
1 tsp Psyllium optional
1 tb Flax seed oil optional
1 large Celery stalk


 
Instructions
Place all in vita-mix blender and blend till smoothie. Makes a deliciously sweet thick smoothie.

07/08/07 Added Celery and reduced juice and spinach a bit. Made it just a tad less sweet and gave it extra flavor. MUCH better.
