1 cup Cashew flour grind cashews in coffee grinder
1/4 cup Agave nectar or honey
2 tsp Cinnamon
3 tsp Ginger
6 Dates soaked and pureed
1 cup Raisins soaked and pureed


 
Instructions
Roll out dough on non-stick surface like wax paper.
use cookie cutters for shapes.
dehydrate till "hard".
