2 cups Strawberries
1 Avocado
1/3 cup Almond butter
Xylitol optional to taste
Vanilla extract optional


 
Instructions

Put the following into a food processor (a blender leaves too much in the bottom)

About 2-3 cups frozen or fresh berries (I love it with strawberries-raspberry leaves it too seedy).
The flesh of one avocado (trust me on this, it makes it creamy).
1/3 cup almond butter.
enough water to blend.
sweetener to taste - I usually don''t need it.

vanilla extract

Blend until smooth and creamy!
Its delicious and filling, and so healthy you can eat it for breakfast.
