Ingredients

1 Banana
1 Apple
1 tb Flax seed ground
1 Lemon or lime juiced
Honey drizzle
2 tb Walnuts
2 tb Raisins


 
Instructions
1 banana
1 apple
**1 fruit of your choice (papaya, orange, etc) or you can just omit the 3 rd fruit
1 T ground flax seed
juice from 1/2 to 1 whole lemon or lime

blend

drizzle honey over it and sprinkle it with chopped walnuts and some raisins.
If you don't have ground flax, you can at this point drizzle some flax oil on top. Gobble it up before your family wakes up and wants just "one bite", or double the recipe to keep the peace
