Ingredients

2 cups Flax seed covered well and soaked 4 plus hours


 
Instructions
2 cups flax, soaked in 2 cups water for 4 hours or overnight. (I use double the water)

Remove and place on Teflex sheet. Spread thin about 1/8 inch.

Dehydrate at 105 for 10-16 hours
Turn after 7-8 hours
