Ingredients

2 cups Flax seed covered well and soaked 4 plus hours
1/2 cup Currents can soak with flax seets
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2/3 cup Sunflower seeds


 
Instructions
Soak the flax seeds and currents in enough water to cover a good inch for 4 hours to overnight.
Drain any excess water. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.


Spread on on Teflex sheet. Spread thin about 1/8 inch.

Dehydrate at 105 aprox 24 hours.
Turn after aprox 12 or not sticky.
