Healthy Winter Drink.

Ingredients

1 quart Soy milk
3 tb Carob
5 Dates pitted
1 pinch Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 tb Xylitol optional
2 tb Soy or safflower oil


 
Instructions
1 quart soy milk
2-4 tbsp carob powder
5 pitted dates
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp stevia if desired

Blend above until smooth.

Heat, but do not boil

Add
2 TB soy or safflower oil
Blend again.
