Instructions Preheat oven 350. 2 medium apples, peeled and grated 4 cups cubed whole grain bread 2 1/2 cup soy milk 1/2 cup cranberries 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup plus maple syrup 1 tb arrowroot powder (cornstarch) 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Combine all ingredients EXCEPT walnuts. Place mixture in 2 quart round baking dish. Sprinkle walnuts over top. Bake 45 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes before serving.
